These Terms of Use govern your access to Friend Tracker and related services. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Friend Tracker enables location sharing between people who explicitly invite and accept each other. You agree to obtain consent before sharing any location information and to follow all applicable laws.

You may not misuse Friend Tracker, including attempting to access another user account, collecting data without consent, or using the service for unlawful surveillance or harassment.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Billing terms are described in the Payment Terms. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in the Payment Terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including location data. By using Friend Tracker, you agree to the practices described in that policy.

7. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You may stop using Friend Tracker at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required to protect the service or other users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Friend Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. You use the service at your own risk.
